6 Month Feeding/Sleep Goals


7am                       Wake up, Chicken Butts!!

7-9am                  Nap #1

10-12pm             Feeding #2/Playtime

12-2pm               Nap #2

2-3pm                 Feeding #3

3-4:30pm         Playtime/Milk Snack (3+oz)

4:30-5pm         Nap #3

5-6pm                Baths/Playtime

6-7pm               Feeding #4

7pm                   Bedtime

Notes

  • After waking, change diapers and feed
  • After feeding, encourage exercise, then change clothes and provide activities
  • At nap times, half swaddle and lay in crib in dark room
  • Upon waking, let light into room, unswaddle and let baby wake naturally
