Back on the HCG Protocol: Day 12 of VLCD

Another loss today!

My shrimp dish looked similar to this one. Maybe not as nice though. :)

Yesterday’s difficulty level was about a 3. A little higher than usual, but weekends always are. It was still more than worth it though.

I weighed in at 126.6. That’s a loss of 0.8lbs. So in 12 days of VLCD I’ve lost a grand total of 9.8lbs. :)

I’m 6.6lbs away from my goal weight.

Yesterday’s Menu

  • 3.5oz Shrimp (with lemon juice, garlic, parsley & sea salt)
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes
  • 3 Cups Broccoli
  • 1 Medium Cucumber
  • 3.5-oz Grass-Fed Steak
  • 16-oz Decaf Green Tea
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk (for Cappucino)
  • 16-oz Lemon Water
  • 16-oz Pellegrino

Total Calories: 556

  • Protein: 56.9 grams
  • Fat: 16.9 grams
  • Carbohydrates: 49.7 grams

    Jennifer – am enjoying reading this as I am on Day 3! Hopefully I’ll do as well as you!! I was wondering where you are getting your calorie counts/info from, could you pass that info along to me please.
