Another loss today!
Yesterday’s difficulty level was about a 3. A little higher than usual, but weekends always are. It was still more than worth it though.
I weighed in at 126.6. That’s a loss of 0.8lbs. So in 12 days of VLCD I’ve lost a grand total of 9.8lbs.
I’m 6.6lbs away from my goal weight.
Yesterday’s Menu
- 3.5oz Shrimp (with lemon juice, garlic, parsley & sea salt)
- 2 Medium Tomatoes
- 3 Cups Broccoli
- 1 Medium Cucumber
- 3.5-oz Grass-Fed Steak
- 16-oz Decaf Green Tea
- 1 Cup Whole Milk (for Cappucino)
- 16-oz Lemon Water
- 16-oz Pellegrino
Total Calories: 556
- Protein: 56.9 grams
- Fat: 16.9 grams
- Carbohydrates: 49.7 grams
