Felt fine the first half of the day yesterday. Even *euphoric* at times. Pretty good energy.
The second half of the day was TOUGH though. On a 1-10 scale (10 being the most difficult), it was probably about an 8.5 from 3pm-7pm.
I’m not sure if it was because of the HCG or too much caffeine… I’m thinking it was a combination of both.
Anyway, I started getting headache(y), was irritable and wanted nothing more than a cheeseburger combo meal, root beer and a Dairy Queen hot fudge sundae.
Ha.
But I fought it and got through the day. I ate more meat than I’d planned to. My calories were higher than planned as well.
Weighed in at 133.0 this morning. That’s a slight gain of 0.2lbs.
It’s a little disappointing that I didn’t lose any… and actually gained. But it’s to be expected.I ate quite a bit of calories.
Hopefully tomorrow shows a loss of 1.0lb or more! Hopefully, too, I’ll have a much better today than I did yesterday.
I’m going to try something different. Instead of eating something here and there (e.g., some meat or a cucumber), I’m going to make actual “meals” and eat a bulk of my calories together twice a day. I think that’ll make my body and mind feel better. It’s worth a shot, at least. I need to also drink more lemon water.
Oh, and I should also take some BEFORE photos before I’m no longer a BEFORE.
I can already see some changes in the mirror.
