Creamy Sesame Bananas

This snack/dessert is AMAZING. I give it a *10* for taste (on a 1-10 scale), and I don’t even care much for bananas.

I also give it a *10* as far as nutritious snacks go.

Rich in beneficial minerals & omega-3 fatty acids, this dish is PERFECT for growing boys and girls–AND their parents.

It’s creamy & sweet and the sesame seeds & flaxseed meal give it the most amazing texture.

It’s also extremely SIMPLE to make.

Seriously, I think this took me all of 3-5 minutes to prepare and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 Bananas, Sliced
  2. 1/4-1/2 Cup Vanilla-Flavored Greek Yogurt (Preferably Greek God’s Vanilla-Honey; it’s INCREDIBLE)
  3. 2-3 Tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
  4. 2-3 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds

PREPARATION

Gently toss yogurt, bananas and flaxseed meal, taking care not to mash the banana slices. (Well, if you care what this looks like when serving.) Spoon into serving bowls and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Note: This should be sweet enough. However, if you want this sweeter, you can add a touch of an unrefined or minimally refined sweetener like date sugar or organic maple syrup.

This makes 2 servings.

Enjoy!

This looks really good! I love bananas and Greek yogurt. I think I will make it tonight. Also, I want to experience again with the coconut smoothie. I already have all of the ingredients except for the fruit.

    Thanks! You’ll LOVE it.

The smoothie, too, once you have the right fruit. :)
